Terms of Service
The rules for creating an account, buying Creator Credits, and using AI-generated content.
Effective 1 August 20261. Agreement and provider
These Terms form an agreement between you and Illya Nikolayev, Bratislava, Slovakia, for use of WealthSocietyz Studio. By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement.
3. Creator Credits
Creator Credits are prepaid units usable only inside WealthSocietyz. They are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, or transferable property and cannot be resold or transferred between users. Before generation, the Studio displays the credit quote. Credits are deducted server-side for the selected work. Failed eligible generations may be automatically refunded to the credit wallet.
4. AI results and availability
AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other output. We do not promise performance, reach, originality, legal compliance, or uninterrupted availability. You must review every result before publishing or relying on it.
5. Your content
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transform, and transmit it solely to operate and improve the requested service. You confirm you have all required rights, permissions, releases, and lawful bases—especially for faces, identities, trademarks, copyrighted works, and personal data.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Studio for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, sexually exploitative, abusive, discriminatory, or dangerous content; impersonation or identity fraud; bypassing security or credit controls; malware or service disruption; or automated resale without written permission. We may suspend abusive activity where proportionate and legally permitted.
7. Intellectual property
The Studio software, interface, branding, workflows, and underlying systems belong to us or our licensors. Subject to payment and these Terms, you may use and commercially exploit generated outputs to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party provider terms. AI output may not qualify for exclusive copyright protection.
8. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity, platform takedowns, or decisions made from unverified AI output. Any contractual limitation does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.
9. Changes and ending use
You may stop using the service and delete your account. We may change the service or these Terms for legitimate legal, security, or product reasons and will give reasonable notice of material changes. Slovak law applies, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence.
