Credits & Refund Policy
How Creator Credit purchases, failed generations, refunds, and EU consumer rights work.
Effective 1 August 20261. Clear pricing
Checkout shows the credit quantity, base price, applicable VAT/tax, and final total before payment. Creator Credits are added only after Stripe confirms successful payment.
2. Generation charges
The final generation step displays a project quote based on the number of slides, model, image workflow, and requested checks. Text editing, stored projects, and downloads do not create hidden generation charges. Regenerating an individual slide is quoted and charged separately.
3. Technical failures
If our system deducts credits but an eligible generation fails before delivering an output, the service should return those credits automatically. If it does not, contact support with the project and approximate time so we can investigate the usage ledger.
4. Payment refunds
Duplicate or unauthorised charges and failures to deliver purchased credits will be investigated and refunded where confirmed. We do not deny any refund, withdrawal, conformity, or remedy required by applicable consumer law. Approved payment refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on Stripe and your bank.
5. EU withdrawal rights
Consumers may generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. For digital content or services supplied immediately at your request, that right may be affected after performance begins or is completed only where the legally required express request, consent, and acknowledgement were obtained. Purchasing or spending credits does not remove mandatory rights by itself.
6. Requesting help
Include your account email, Stripe receipt or payment date, amount, and a short explanation. Never email a full card number or password.
